Ouroboros has been running mobile core networks since 2004. The company is headquartered at 15a Main Street, Blackrock, Dublin, Ireland, and built around a French-origin engineering team with deep roots in telecom signalling.
That depth is not a marketing line. The founders contributed to the ISO and ITU-T standardisation of ASN.1, one of the formal roots of the signalling that mobile networks still run on today.
